Dr. David Walter Dongo

David Walter Dongo, Ph.D
Dr. David Walter Dongo is an applied economist and researcher specializing in labor economics, health economics, and international development. He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from Howard University (2023), with research focused on econometric analysis and policy evaluation.
He holds advanced degrees from The George Washington University and Maastricht School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from Makerere University. His work integrates economic analysis with development, trade, and policy design.
Dr. Dongo has contributed to interdisciplinary research at the NOAA Cooperative Science Center in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology and gained policy experience through roles at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.
James Kaggwa

James Kaggwa
James Kaggwa is a resilient and compassionate leader whose life journey reflects courage, faith, and a deep commitment to giving back. He is the third born in a family of nine children and experienced significant hardship early in life. His father, a pastor, was tragically killed during the regime of Idi Amin, and James was separated from his mother at just three months old.
He was later taken in by a charitable home through the support of a fellow pastor, where he experienced love, care, and hope from people he had never met an act of kindness that profoundly shaped his life and purpose.
James went on to train as a teacher and is also a talented guitarist and vocal coach, using his gifts to inspire and mentor others. With over 35 years of experience working with various organizations, he brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to his role.
Today, James is passionate about giving back to vulnerable children, driven by a desire to extend the same love and opportunity he once received. His life stands as a powerful testament to transformation, resilience, and the impact of compassion.
Mr. John Bukenya

Mr. Bukenya
Mr. Bukenya is an accomplished academic, education technologist, and researcher with extensive experience in higher education and digital learning. He serves as a Lecturer at Makerere University and as an E-Learning Champion, where he leads the design and implementation of blended and online learning programs. In this role, he also trains academic staff and supports student engagement in digital education.
He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Management at Makerere University, with a research focus on the application of Artificial Intelligence in biology education. His academic journey has been distinguished by prestigious scholarships, including those from the Mastercard Foundation and NORHED. He holds a Master of Science in Zoology (Wildlife Ecology) and a Bachelor of Science in Conservation Biology.
In addition to his university role, Mr. Bukenya serves as Director of M.I.K. Secondary School, where he contributes to academic leadership and the advancement of science education at the secondary level.
As a Board Member, he brings valuable expertise in education, research, innovation, and strategic program development, strengthening the organization’s mission to deliver impactful and sustainable learning solutions.

Nakirya Esther
Nakirya Esther is a dedicated and compassionate professional with a strong passion for supporting and nurturing children. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Management and a Bachelor’s degree, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to promote quality care and development for young learners.
Esther is known for her caring nature, hard work, and commitment to improving the lives of children, especially those from vulnerable backgrounds. Her experience in early childhood development enables her to contribute meaningfully to programs that support children’s growth, learning, and well-being.
As a Board Member, she brings a child-centered approach, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment

Pastor Kawiso James
Pastor Kawiso James is the Lead Pastor of Divine Revelation Church in Mukono, Uganda. He is a passionate preacher, youth mentor, and spiritual leader dedicated to transforming lives through the Word of God, with a strong focus on guiding young people toward faith, discipline, and purpose.
